Agile/Scrum

Scrum is a framework within the Agile philosophy that focuses on the iterative and incremental development of products or services. For me it is not just a buzzword, but a concrete way to cut projects into manageable pieces, to collect quickly and to constantly improve. It is about collaboration, transparency and the ability to quickly adjust the price when needed. I have experienced that this approach not only increases the speed, but also the quality of the end product and the satisfaction of all involved - including the customer.
